Setting Goals…

So, Looking at this blog it looks like my last post was back in April when I claimed to be back in the saddle again. Its been almost 6 months since I posted that last one and I'm still working on it. I'm pretty motivated again and have been doing well for the last 3 weeks. I'm hoping to start posting my progress here again and I've set some good goals. I'm trying to shed 30 pounds of fat between now and January 1st. I plan to do this by doing the following:

  1. Body: Eating Healthy - I dove in and bought a VitaMixer
  2. Body: Building Muscle - I've got my work schedule adjusted to put me in the gym 3 days a week for 90 minutes each day.
  3. Body: Exercise - I'm currently playing volleyball in a work league and have plans for basketball after that followed by walleyball!
  4. Mind: Read 1 article from men’s health per night before bed. This will keep me motivated and give things to reflect on here.
  5. Spirit: Meditate nightly on my goals and see my self achieving those goals.

I'll be posting my progress as captured on OKC Million through my iPhone and hopefully with weekly reflections on how things are going.
